Rs. 100/- per month with a colour photograph for  a single property
Rs. 200/- per month without any photograph for  a single property

Rs. 250/- per 3 months with a colour photograph for  a single property
Rs. 450/- per 3 months without any photograph for  a single property

• Buyers are strictly advised that they confirm the information of property or property documentation at time of buying.

• Sellers are strictly advised to check the credit of payment of buyers before finalizing the deal.

• No amount is refundable to customers/clients that is paid to Localproperties.co.in in any circumstances.

• Communication by phone with  management of Localproperties.co.in is available only in Gujarati language.
